I wonder about the customer who let them do it...and still complains about the difference in price? I have never heard anyone complain at the petrol station that yesterday I paid 1.35 for unleaded petrol and today I pay 1.42, I have never heard anyone complain that Ryan Air is now offering a ticket to Amsterdam for 9.00 Euros and tomorrow the same flight costs 153.00 Euros. Gentlemen, this smells so much like opportunism and false "stupidity" on the part of these "unaware", "unaware" customers. Stefano, how would your Secretaries act if they had to explain to a customer who made a reservation this morning by telephone that he pays 150 Euros for a dus in b/b having just heard that the previous customer, since he made a reservation 6 months ago, pays the first one night 80 Euros and the second 95 for a dus in b/b??? Explain, okay but be careful! Customers are less stupid than we think.
The ultimate goal is to obtain a better price. Good work and good Revenue Venezuela Phone Number Management to everyone! Can you give me your recipe? Good work and happy bookings everyone!! S. Riccardo Cocco Comment by Riccardo Cocco — April 27, 2010, at 4.43 pm @stephen: Your solution is certainly valid for medium/small structures. Consider that in the case of international chains, this is absolutely not possible, there would be too many global involvements. Good work and good Revenue Management to everyone! Perpetually playing downwards is not generating revenue.
